Invite Your Team
QA Hub is multi-tenant: each organization has its own isolated workspace. All team members share the same projects, test cases, and runs within that workspace.
Roles

| QA Manager | Full access — create projects, manage settings, invite users, view audit logs, approve test cases |
| QA Tester | Create and execute test cases, record test run results, manage bugs and retest queue |
The first user registered in a workspace is automatically assigned QA_MANAGER.
Invite a team member
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Enter the new member's email address and select their role.
- Click Send Invite.
The invited user receives an email with a registration link. Once they register, their account is immediately active within your workspace — no separate admin approval needed for team member invites (only the initial tenant registration requires approval).
On self-hosted installations without email set up, the invite link is not sent. Share the app URL manually and ask the user to register — their account joins your workspace automatically once they do.
Change a member's role
Go to Settings → Team, find the user, and select a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately on their next page load.
Remove a team member
Find the user in Settings → Team and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Their historical contributions (test cases, results, comments) remain intact.
User limits
Cloud plans have per-tier seat limits shown in your account dashboard. Self-hosted deployments have no seat restrictions.
